“L'appartamento è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare i vari punti di interesse del nord della Sardegna, la casa piccola ma accogliente può ospitare fino a 5 persone, non si soffre per il caldo, anzi la casa si trova in una zona molto ventilata, la terrazza piccola e accogliente affaccia direttamente sul mare, punto forte ed estremamente rilassante dove è possibile veder sorgere il sole per i più mattinieri, nella parte dove si accede all'appartamento è possibile vedere il tramonto. In casa c'è tutto il necessario per poter cucinare, la lavatrice andrebbe sostituita in quanto non effettua la centrifuga in modo funzionale, ma rilascia i panni ancora inzuppati di acqua, inconveniente superato strizzandoli a mano, il frigorifero+freezer si presentano in ottime condizioni, il bagno stretto e lungo ma c'è tutto il necessario, la camera un po' piccola ma in 3 si sta bene. Contro: mancanza di zanzariere. Grazie Paola per averci ospitato nella tua casa, sei molto gentile e molto presente come host.”

La casa è ben tenuta e si trova in una posizione ottimale sia per raggiungere le spiagge sia per fare un giro a Santa Teresa di Gallura, inoltre la casa ha una bellissima vista mare dal terrazzo dove è possibile anche mangiare. Consiglio a tutti sia per la disponibilità della proprietaria che per la casa in sé, che è piccola ma con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza.”

Are pets allowed?+
Yes, at no extra charge. The residence has a garden and it's a small, quiet complex, so dogs used to travelling settle in easily. The beach is within walking distance along the residence road, an easy stroll even on a lead. Mention it in your request and we'll tell you which nearby beaches allow dogs in summer.
How far is the beach?+
About 1 km: a 3-minute drive, or 18 on foot. It's a small sheltered cove on the Strait of Bonifacio, and stays quiet even in August when the main beaches are packed. Rena Bianca (5.6 km) and the coves of Capo Testa (8.9 km) are both a short drive away too.
Is there parking?+
Yes, a private space is included, so you're not hunting for one after the beach, which in July and August in Gallura matters. A car still helps getting around: Santa Teresa is 5 km, the La Maddalena ferry at Palau 26.7 km. Arriving by ferry without a car? Rentals are in town.
How many guests can the apartment host?+
Up to 5, and it works best for families. Living room, terrace over the gulf, garden: enough shared space that nobody feels cramped. Tell us the number of guests and the ages of any children in your request and we'll confirm the right setup.
Are bed linen and towels included?+
No, bring your own or ask us how to arrange them locally. Mention it in your request if you'd like a hand sorting that out.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Flexible, we work them out around your trip, whether that's driving in from Olbia or a ferry into Santa Teresa. Landing at an awkward hour? Say so in your request and we'll sort the keys.
Is the kitchen equipped? Is there a washing machine?+
Yes: a kitchen for cooking your own meals and a washing machine for longer stays. No dishwasher. Shopping is in Santa Teresa Gallura, 5 km away, with supermarkets, a market and local produce.
Is there a sea view?+
From the terrace, over the gulf of Porto Quadro and the Strait of Bonifacio, Corsica included on clear days. It's where you'll spend most of your time, breakfast to sunset. The bedrooms face the residence's greenery rather than the sea directly, but the beach is still a few minutes on foot.
How do I get there?+
By car from Olbia airport it's about 67 km, an hour and ten along the SS125 then the SS133. By ferry you can land at Santa Teresa Gallura (an hour from Bonifacio) or at Olbia from the mainland. From central Santa Teresa to Porto Quadro is 5 km, about ten minutes. Exact directions come with your booking confirmation.
